All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or withdraw items from sale at any time without prior notice. Where a product is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or suitable alternative.
5. Product Descriptions and Images
We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions and care instructions. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours, textures and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen settings and device calibration. Minor variations from the images shown do not constitute a defect.
If you receive a product that is materially different from its description, your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Pricing and Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. As James Rourke is not currently VAT registered, no VAT is charged on your purchase.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
Browsing our website does not constitute an order. When you submit an order at checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price.
A binding contract between you and James Rourke is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer. Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately at enquiries@jamesrourke.com if any details are incorrect.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in circumstances where:
- A product is no longer available
- We are unable to verify payment
- An obvious pricing error has occurred
- We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.
8. Payment
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. James Rourke does not store your payment card details.
Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.
9. Pricing and Listing Errors
Whilst we take care to ensure that all prices and product information are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after your order has been confirmed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to notify you of the error and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund. We are not obliged to honour orders placed at an obviously incorrect price.
10. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at enquiries@jamesrourke.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected by this policy.
11. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to your address.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, James Rourke may offer promotional discount codes. Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied and cannot be applied retrospectively
- Each code may only be used once per customer and per transaction
- Codes may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated
- Codes are subject to validity dates and may be withdrawn at any time
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency
James Rourke reserves the right to cancel or void orders where a code has been used fraudulently or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
